REFUND POLICY


RETURNS
All items purchased from Morally Pink Press are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us at morallypinkpress@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


If a return is approved under special circumstances, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.

Items that are not eligible for return under any circumstances include:

* Gift cards
* Digital downloads and coloring book PDFs** (strictly non-refundable and non-returnable)
* Paint kits or partially used art supplies
* Health and personal care items
* Intimate or NSFW content
*Merchandise
* Subscription boxes or preorder exclusives

DAMAGED GOODS
If your item arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. Please email us at morallypinkpress@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item.

For high-value items (such as exclusive edition books or canvases), we may request one of the following for verification before processing a replacement:

* (A) Return the damaged item to us (we’ll cover return shipping),
* (B) Write your name across the front of the item in permanent marker and send us a photo

This policy protects the integrity of our collectible products and prevents fraudulent claims.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you require a replacement for the same item, contact us at morallypinkpress@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos. We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your approved refund:

1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card provider—posting delays are common.
3. Check with your bank regarding processing time.

SHIPPING ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Unless explicitly stated, customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund total.

For returns of items valued over \$75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt without it.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If you're located outside the U.S. and receive a damaged item, we may be unable to generate a return label for your address. To verify damage for replacement eligibility, please use Option B or C from the Damaged Goods section.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase or before they ship whichever occurs first. If the item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

In the case of delays such as preorders, subscription boxes, or paint night kits we allow cancellations and refunds prior to shipment or the start of fulfillment.
